Andy has been teaching tennis in southeastern Michigan since 1999, where he worked at Sports Club of Novi until the summer of 2008. He headed up a very successful junior tournament team of the past two years where he travels with students to local events and developed their games through on-court instruction as well as tournament coaching. Andy holds a degree from the College of Charleston, where he graduated in 1999. He played singles in high school at Grosse Pointe South High and University Liggett where he won a state championship at #4 singles. He was the Director of Tennis at Red Run Golf and Country Club in 2001 and spent 2002-2006 as the Director of Tennis at Western Golf and Country Club in Redford. Andy enjoys working with players of all ages and abilities, and is very excited about making a difference her at the Birmingham Racquet Club. |
